A programmers command interpreter library
The command interpreter has some basic commands, it is easy to add new ones. It is also possible to write and execute programs. It is a library in C that should be linked with the new commands added by the user.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
