popt-1.16
Command line option parsing library
Whilst it is similar to getopt, it contains a number of enhancements including being fully reentrant, parsing of arbitrary argv-style arrays, aliasing of command line arguments and convenience functions for parsing strings into argv-style arrays.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
