A preprocessor for making GTKplus objects
GTK+ Object Builder creates objects with inline C code to avoid the hassle of coding by hand. The syntax is inspired by java, yacc and lex. The output from a .gob file is a c source file and a header file.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
