jbigkit-2.0
A library of compression and decompression functions
It is used for bi-level high-resolution images such as fax pages or scanned documents. The library can be easily included in your image or document processing software. The JBIG-KIT package provides two ready-to-use compression and decompression programs with a simple command line interface.
