Internationalizing Domain Names in Applications (IDNA)
It converts internationalized domain names to and from ASCII Compatible Encoding (ACE), following the IDNA2008 and TR46 standards. Note that it supersedes the libidn 1.X package, but does include backwards compatible 1.X functions.
