This is the SunLabs HTML display library
Its purpose is to display html, in a simple yet extensible manner. The library comes with a very simple demo HTML viewer, which is able to read and navigate the html documentation that comes with the package. The HTML library is designed to be easy to use for simple applications yes it provides a framework for sophisticated solutions. All the library calls and procedures are fully documented.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
