Clean up and pretty print HTML files
Fixes a wide range of problems automatically with HTML files and also warns about further problems that need manual fixes. Examples of mistakes that are detected include missing tags, mis-matched tags, misplaced tags, malformed anchors, missing quotes and non-standard tags.
