Collection of DNA sequence searching programs
This version can search both forward and reverse strands on a DNA sequence in a single run. It can scan a protein or DNA sequence library for similar sequences, compare a protein sequence to a DNA sequence and calculating similarities with frameshifts to the forward and reverse orientations.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
