A set of utilities for manipulating PostScript documents
There are programs (Perl and C) to support page selection and rearrangement, including arrangement into signatures for booklet printing, and page merging for n-up printing. The main programs are: psbook, which rearranges pages into signatures; psselect, which performs general page rearrangement and selection; psnup, which puts multiple pages per physical sheet of paper and psresize, which alters document paper size.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
