A simple event based XML parser in TCL
With the fast adoption of XML as a standard mechanism for data files, I thought it would be useful if I were able to read/write such files from Tcl - a language I often use at customer sites. Since I admit to knowing little about the standard I spent a little time producing a simple event-based parser for simple files, and the software found on this page is the result.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
