A utility to create simple man pages
TThis will create the required man pages from the --help and --version output of programs. SSince most GNU documentation is now in info format, this provides a way to generate a placeholder man page pointing to that resource while still providing some useful information.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
