hxwd-1.0
A huge X window dumper
Hxwd dumps huge x windows, bigger than a screen; but it also works for smaller windows. It saves the image in either xwd or xpm format. If your target window in a huge window hxwd will scan it screen by screen.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
