toybox(1) toybox(1) NAME toybox - icon manager using colour pixmaps SYNOPSIS toybox <-toolkit options> DESCRIPTION Toybox is an icon manager with colour pixmaps using the Xpm library. You can specify the icon to use for each window in your .Xdefaults file in the form: toybox*TITLE OF WINDOW: filename For example, toybox*xclock: /usr/remote/lib/X11/toybox/clock Some pixmaps are available in /usr/remote/lib/X11/toybox to use as icons. If you would like to make your own pixmaps, use the program toyboxgrab(1) to capture portions of the screen as pixmaps or draw them with xscribble(1). If you do not want to show the icon for a particular window then use the form: toybox*TITLE OF WINDOW: DONT_SHOW Note: you cannot specify too many pixmaps as they each allocate their own colourmap and you are therefore restricted by the number of colours your screen allows.
