mpeg_encode-1.5b
Mpeg video encoder
It produces an MPEG-1 video stream from a set of input files. The encoder will accept any input file format as long as you provide a script to convert the images to PPM, YUV, JPEG, or JMOVIE format. Included is a postscript users guide and a number of examples.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
