xanim-2.80.1
This is an animation viewer that supports multiple formats
Some of the supported types are: FLI/FLC, IFF, GIF, DL, PageFlipper Plus and GoldDisk MovieSetter animations. This will also allow you to create you own animations by using a combination of GIF and text files.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
