xli-1.16
Displays bitmap images in a window or on the background
Supports several formats including GIF, X bitmaps and PixMaps, MacPaint, JPEG and X window dumps amongst others. There is a built-in interactive help facility and many command-line options, including ones for zooming and rotating. Source code is based on the xloadimage utility.
