xloadimage-4.1
Display bitmap images in a window or on the background
Supports several formats including GIF, X bitmaps and PixMaps, MacPaint, JPEG, TIFF and X window dumps amongst others. There is a built-in interactive help facility and many command-line options, including ones for zooming and rotating. Optionally requires the TIFF and JPEG libraries to be installed prior to building.
